Elle C.'s Facial Faves

Sure, it might be a new year and you might want to be a new you, but there's one thing that deserves some new attention: your face. Sadly, none of us are getting any younger (yikes) and if you're like the rest of us and can't afford Botox at age 23, you need to take care of your face. Do you want to look like a patch of leather by your early 30s because you think sunscreen is a joke and body oil + laying out in the sun is a hobby?

We didn't think so.

We're looking out for you babes because we've basically been rejuvenating the sh*t out of our faces for a few years now, and we're sharing the wealth via Korean beauty products on the site! Here are our top favorite NEW beauty products that your face needs immediately. You're welcome.

TonyMoly Nutrition Avocado Mask

Not just for your guacamole fix, this TonyMoly Avocado mask does WONDERS for your skin, especially if you have irritated or inflamed skin. Avocado acts as a calming agent, and will help leave your face feeling less agitated. Use this mask after you've cleansed your face thoroughly, and make sure you spritz your face with toner right before!

Banila Co. Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm

There are tons of ways to get your make up off after a long day of thotting around, and most of the times, make up wipes are just not going to cut it. The Clean It Zero cleansing balm by Banila Co. has a coconut oil consistency in its jar, and when you apply it on your skin, it melts like butter. A little goes a long way with this product, so using just a dime-size amount is perfect. Make sure you spread it evenly and thoroughly, massaging it into your face, through your eyeshadow and mascara, and along your jaw. Cleanse and wipe off the cleansing balm with water or a wipe and pat your face dry. Clean It Zero literally cleans off all your make up and leaves ZERO on your face.

Elizavecca Milky Piggy Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask

This Milky Piggy went on your face and bubbled allll the way home. The Elizavecca Milky Piggy Carbonated Bubble Clay mask is amazing, but definitely needs to be done alone or with a close BFF #bonding. Make sure to wear a headband before you try it, because it might get a little messy. You have to apply this mask evenly on your face, but don't dilly dally and take your sweet ass time — it bubbles up as soon as it hits your face and you're just going to look like a hot (but beautiful) mess. The clay detoxes your skin as it bubbles, and make sure to wash it off 10-15 minutes later, leaving your face smooth AF.

Ceramidin Sheet Mask

Winter leaves our skin feeling dry AF, so put some moisture back into your face when you can. This Ceramidin sheet mask by Dr. Jart is the sh*t, and you can use it when you feel dry from the weather and need that extra moisture pick me up. It's made of natural fiber and ceramides, with ceramidin forming moisturizing barriers and preventing moisture from evaporating. You can use this mask after cleansing and toning your face, and it doesn't have any parabens or sulfates, aka YAY no bad chemicals going into your face!

Skinfood Black Sugar Mask Wash Off

The Skinfood Black Sugar Mask is one of our absolute FAVORITE masks we own — and trust, we have too many to count. This mask acts as both an exfoliating cleanser AND a mask that's gentle enough for everyday use (babes, please note that you are not supposed to use masks on the daily, just for future reference!). Get a finger-full of the sugar mask and spread it evenly through your face with a little water, and rub it until it literally just melts off. The mask leaves your face so silky smooth and it'll get rid of all the excess sh*t that's hiding in your face.

You need to invest in yourself, and it's alllll about your money maker *makes hand gestures to your face*, so start facing your beauty fears now!
